Allie's first game

Allie has been so exited for it to be fall so that she could play soccer, and finally it is here. The day that we signed her up she had to tell everyone, and then the day that we picked up her shirt she wore it for 2 days and had to show it to everyone. Well her first game was last night and she waited all day for it to be here. It was so funny to watch them play, some of them would kick it in there own goal or kick it the wrong way, and some were pretty good, it was great to watch. Allie had fun and is still so exited for upcoming practices and games.

Deep in conversation

Tyler is so good with my kids, and they love him to death. Yesterday at the Easter party they took to him the minute he walked in the door. I think that every time i looked one of them was right there with him, looking for him, or teasing him. (he takes it so well when Austin tells him he stinks, i hope).

We were all out playing and i looked over to see them sitting on the fence deep in conversation. It makes you wonder what they were talking about. Thanks for being so good to my kids.

Great weekend

This weekend has been fun, and i have been so exited that i have been off bed rest and was able to do things with my kids. Friday my dad called and asked if Paul and I wanted to go to dinner and they would tend the kids, so we decided since we didn't have to look for a baby sitter that we would take advantage of that. We went to Chili's and we got right in we had a good dinner with no kids. When we to get them they didn't want to go with us cause they had just started to watch enchanted, so we left them there for another hour. It was nice to spend that time alone with Paul cause it will be a while before we get to do that again.

Saturday I took the kids and we went to 2 egg hunts one at the ball park and then to my moms ward for a picnic and another egg hunt it was fun to watch, Austin would only pick up the green ones (his favorite color.) Then that night we went to dinner at Paul's moms and had another egg hunt.

Sunday morning we got ready and went to church, i think that was one week when everyone was there they had to open up the back so everyone had a place to sit. I love to see every ones spring colored Easter dresses and outfits it so fun and makes it feel like it is really spring. Both the kids learned about what Easter is really about, it was fun to hear what they learned.

Sunday afternoon we went to dinner at my moms and had an egg hunt with all the family. It so fun to be together and just relax. I think that we are good for egg hunts until next year though.

The week end was so nice and i enjoyed being with everyone.

Easter egg hunt

Every year the sunday before easter we go to grandma and grandpa Swanners for an easter dinner and egg hunt, the kids look so forward to an early hunt and have so much fun. They do it all for the great grand kids, it is so fun to watch all of them with this all there different personalities. They have 8 girls and 6 boys and they are all pretty close in age. We had a nice dinner and the kids got to gather eggs and color eggs, they also got a basket filled with fun things.
After we had dinner we went in the kitchen and all the little girls had taken off there shirts so that they could color eggs and wouldn't get color on them it was so cute and quite entertaining. Austin would not particiate, because he is my OCD boy, he didnt want to undress and it was too messy he would get something on his hands. We had a nice time visiting with family and watching the kids.

The belly

I'm going blog crazy today, i haven't been on for a couple of days. Well i wasn't going to put these on, but i have never been this big and i have never carried a baby this long, so its kind of a big accomplishment and a whole new experience for me. Sunday i asked Kelci to take a picture of my belly so i could scrapbook it and keep it for memories of how miserable i felt, i hate to complain, but i have no room for this baby between my ribs and hips and so she sits in my ribs. I have never felt this with any of my other pregnancies. I am so grateful for this experience even though its not all that fun, but i have made it 4 weeks longer then the other two, I'm so exited for all the new things that i will experience with this pregnancy, some in which I'm sure i have no idea about(like feeling like you can't breath). I'm just exited about the fact that at this point i hope that i will get to bring her home with me when i go after she is born. Jed wanted to be in the picture, cause he has developed this belly since he had been married, i love it.

St. Patricks Day

I never have really got into St. Patricks Day, but i found these cute shirts and thought that it would be fun for Allie and Austin to wear to school on Monday. They looked so cute!! They also had a fun day at school the lepercon visited them both and left them gold, they get so exited when they tell about there day at school, and needless to say neither of them got pinched. (pic in the middle is Austin with his gold).

Friday Night

Today Jake called and asked if him and Kelci could come and make us dinner, well how can you turn something like that down, he asked what we wanted, so we both made some suggestion and decided on Aussie Chicken, (its a yummy recipe from Out Back.) The rest of the family is in St. George so we called Dad and invited him to join us. We had a good time, Jake and Paul fixed dinner and then we ate and just visited, we then watched funniest home videos and had rootbeer floats. It is so nice to have such a close loving family. I enjoy it so much, especially cause now our friday nights are really plain and simple, if no one calls us we eat dinner, and then we think that at eight o clock it is bed time. Thanks for dinner is was Yummy!!!

Disney Princess on Ice

I bought tickets to Disney on ice with the princesses thinking that if I had not already had the baby that I would be safe to go to it, but the night before, I spent the night at the hospital having contractions, so needless to say I thought it would be wise not to go. Kelci, her friends and Lindsey bought tickets also, so they ended up taking Allie and Brielle. I sent some money with them and told Kelci that if at all she can avoid buying things at the centers there to do so, cause they are so expensive, so I told Allie that she could have a treat or a toy, then get her some dinner. If you know Allie that was the best thing to say cause she would rather have food then anything, so of course she chose a snow cone in a way cute Little Mermaid Mug. Then said that it was fun and way cute. I'm glad that they had fun even though the day was so crazy.

First post

Well i decided that i have sat here long enough and it is time i join the blog craze. So here goes the attempt.
This will be a good thing for me, cause I have made no attempt to catch up on scrapbooks or to journal lots of things that are happening in our lives. We are all hanging in there, (i think). Paul had been so very helpful and patient while I have been on bed rest, this has been going on for 5 or more weeks and finally I have reach a point were they have said that I am OK to resume normal activity or do what I can. This is the longest that I have carried a baby, so that's a bonus. I am 35 weeks and we are all getting exited that we will hopefully get to bring this baby home and not leave her at the hospital. There are so many people that have helped us out while we have needed it, first of all our parents they have been so good to take Allie and Austin so i can rest and make sure that we have all that we need, then aunts, grandparents, friends, and the relief society for bring in meals and just calling to check on us. We love you all and thank you very much.
